5. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

Senior Solutions, LLC will only send messages in response to your inquiries about our senior living communities. 

If you opt in to receive mobile messages:

• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry but it will be limited to replying to any inquiry you may have. 
• Message/data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• You can cancel/opt-out of the SMS service at anytime. Just reply “STOP” to our text message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again or receive messages from us, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
• Consent is not required for care or facility services

We follow compliance rules set by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and mobile carriers.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design—is owned by Senior Solutions, LCC or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
